New here? Follow these steps and you will have your first jig in five minutes.

- 02Add your licenseSend us the PC code shown on first launch and we will send a license file.
- 03Choose a watch folderPick your 3Shape visualization output folder or exocad CAD-Data folder.
- 04Check your first caseRe-export or save a case and the jig appears in about 10 seconds.
FAQ
I get a security warning while installing.+–
If "Windows protected your PC" appears, click [More info] and then [Run anyway]. It only appears once.
It won't start after installing.+–
Check that your PC's date and time are correct, and that you are online for the first launch. If it says the program files are damaged, download the zip again and unzip it. Still stuck? Request remote help.
How do I move to a new computer?+–
Contact us on KakaoTalk or via the form and we will move your license.
What happens when the trial ends?+–
Only the program locks — the jig STL files you made stay. Ask for a quote to keep using it.
Can I use it without internet?+–
Yes, for up to 7 days after the last check. Just connect once within that time.
The jig doesn't fit the abutment well.+–
First adjust the inner offset (cement gap etc.) and check your printer output. If it still doesn't fit, send us the file from Settings › Info › [Bundle logs] and we will find the cause.
Nothing happens when I add a case.+–
Check that the tray icon shows "Watching" with the right folder. Cases that existed before watching was first turned on are skipped, so re-export or save them. Results are listed under [View auto-build log] in the tray menu.
Remote help
Download and run TeamViewer, then send us the ID and password it shows on KakaoTalk.
