1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using the member services Mintis ("we") provides at mintisai.com and the Mintis Ai software ("the software").
2. Membership
Members sign up with email or a Kakao account and must enter their lab name, contact name and phone truthfully. Accounts created with someone else's information may be restricted.
3. Licenses and downloads
- Only members with a linked license can download the software, and a license works only on its registered PC.
- Download links are valid for a short time. Do not share links, installers or license files with others.
- We keep a record of downloads and updates (member, version, time).
- When a trial license ends the software locks, but the files you created remain.
4. Prohibited actions
Do not copy, distribute or rent the software, reverse-engineer or modify it, or try to bypass license protection.
5. Results and liability
Jigs produced by the software are a tool to assist your work. Members are responsible for checking results before printing, and we are not liable for damages from using results except in cases of intent or gross negligence. [Liability scope pending legal review]
6. Leaving
Members may delete their account at any time from My page. Linked license information is handled as [handling method].
7. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved at [competent court].
